This dress. Oh man, I would love this. I have a tank top kinda like this, it has a cut out oval in the back and is way cute! But this dress is $40 American Apparel. Soon, I will own this.

    actually that dress has a horrible fit. it's super baggy but really, really short. i tried one on once at work and it was ridiculous.
